WINTER GLOW SALAD
One of you lovely souls asked for the recipe for when I shared this salad on Instastory, itβs so simple, but I thought I would share it with you here if there were more of you interested in making this delicious Winter Glow Salad ππ±π₯
Itβs honestly SO simple, but also SO delicious and healthy - just like I love it π I often donβt spend hours cooking anything fancy, itβs rather just really simple, healthy, but also so delicious!
- Cut sweet potatoes out in small chunks, drizzle olive oil, salt and sweet paprika over and bake in oven for about 30 minutes (180 degrees celcius) 
- Cut brusselsprouts in half drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper 
- Canned chickpeas (rinsed thoroughly with water), drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper 
- Bake brusselsprouts & chickpeas for about 15-20 minutes (180 degrees celcius) 
- Boil broccoli for 4 minutes in water with some salt 
- Mix it all together + add some fresh salad mix, avocado and sunflower seeds
